Las Vegas' Environmentally Sanitary Landfill - Western Elite

Western Elite landfill is a state-of-the-art facility with the latest technology in engineering, consulting, construction and operations. The facility is located on 83 acres and permitted by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection. The landfill has a disposal capacity of 11.9 million cubic yards and an estimated life span of approximately 59 years.

Acceptable Waste

Industrial and special waste types accepted:

• Construction and Demolition Debris
• Rubbish
• Automobile Shredder Residue
• Tires
• Asbestos
• Biosolids
• Grease Traps

Non-acceptable Waste

Non-acceptable waste types; but not limited to:

• Hazardous waste
• Municipal solid waste
• PCB waste
• Liquid waste

Landfill Hours
